The “building” of the products we propose on this web site hasn’t been as easy as it may seem.
The main steps have been the following:

Individuation of the need;

Individuation of the most suitable field according to the product;

Organic certification of the field and of the processing factory;

Optimization of the industrial processing according to the final product that is required.

Quality and guarantees

All the products on this web page are obtained from organic agriculture according to the official CE law (Reg. CE 2092/91).

Most of our products are certified by Bioagricert, Ecocert, CCPB, Bio Suisse, NOP. We try to use the most advanced technologies that stress as less as possible the raw material in order to keep its original taste and freshness. On all the raw material we carry different analysis, by officially recognized labs, in order to avoid having unwillingly contaminated products by pesticides or other forbidden residues.
