All of our principles are of the same importance, since often one depends on the other. For instance it wouldn't make sense to produce organically without guaranteeing good job conditions and an adequate salary to the persons working on the fields.
Ecology
It’s the reason of our existence; we try to give our small contribution to save our Planet by dealing with organic products.
Fair Trade
We work in far Countries, where often the work is not well paid in comparison with the benefits of the agricultural activity. We guarantee correct salaries to our collaborators.
Transparency
Our secret is not to have secrets. We have nothing to hide on the production side, on its problematic and on the know-how of the industries with whom we work.
Traceability
It’s now a word “à la mode”, for us is a key word that we apply since our beginnings. It’s also a consequence of the transparence of our work.
Quality
Our products must be really organic and good at the same time. We just ask the opportunity to show the knowledge of the industries with whom we collaborate. According to the product we use the best possible technology in order to keep its organoleptic and nutrition characters. Our target is to have a processed ingredient as close as possible to the taste of the raw material.
Organic
Our ingredients are produced according to the existing specifications and laws that are regulating the sector in Europe (CE reg. 2092/91) and often in other countries (USA, Switzerland, Japan).
Service
With a right planning we try to guarantee to our customers a “taylor made” service, with products strictly corresponding to the agreed specification and accompanied by the multi-residual analysis carried on by official labs. On previous demand, we can supply analysis of the soil, seeds, plants, raw material and processed ingredient.
